Indian Air Force ( AIF ) AFCAT Age Limit :
The Indian Air Force has an age limit of 20 to 24 years for the flying branch and 20 to 26 years for ground duty technical and non-technical posts.
- For Flying Branches : 20 to 24 Years, as on January 2025, ( Applicants who are born between 2nd January 2001 to 1st January 2005 can only apply for this post.-Also those who have valid commercial pilot license issued by DGCA , Government of India will have upper age limit extended by 2 years. That is, they can apply till the age of 26 years.
- For Ground duty Branches ( Technical and Non-Techinical Post ) : 20 to 26 Years , as on January 2025 , (Applicants who were born between 2nd January 1999 to 1st January 2005 are only eligible to apply for this post.)

Selection Process Other Key Details for AIR FORCE AFCAT Recruitment :
According to the notification published by the Indian Air Force, there will be a medical test along with written examination key test for those who will be selected for technical and non-technical application.
The training of the selected candidates will start from the first Week of January 2025 which will be at Air Force Academy Hyderabad , for two posts of flying and ground duty -Technical for 62 weeks and training for ground duty for non-technical for 52 weeks.
And during training for both posts selected candidates PAN Card and SBI or Nationalised any Bank Account is mandatory , also during application process Aadhaar card is mandatory.
