How to Apply RRB ALP and Technician 2023:

Complete application process for RRB Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician posts will be through online mode. The applicant has to go to the official website of the zone in which the applicant wants to apply and submit the application form along with the application fees. Once the application is completed take a print out of the application and keep it with you in future to download the admit card the registration number will be required. No need to send the print out of the application form.

For RRB ALP and Technician posts application fee for General and OBC category is Rs.500/- and others SC/ST, Ex Service man, PWD, Females, Transgender, Minority, Economically Backward Class application frees is Rs.250/ for all.

RRB ALP & Technician 2023-24 Application Required Document At The Of Application :

Applicants have to upload recent passport size photocopy and signature which are detailed below.

1. Colored Photography In  JPEG format – Size Between 20 KB to 50KB.
2. Signature in JPEG format – Size 20KB to 50KB.
3. Cast Certificate In JPEG format – Size 50KB to 100KB.

RRB ALP and Technician Qualification :

Interested candidates who want to apply for RRB ALP and Technician Posts have given below the Minimum Qualifications.

RRB ALP QUALIFICATION – ASSISTANT LOCO PILOT QUALIFICATION :

• Matriculation/10th With  ITI from recognized institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trade of Armature and Coil Winder/Electrician/Electronics Mechanic/Fitter/Heat Engine/Instrument Mechanic/Machinist/Mechanic Diesel/Mechanic Motor Vehicle/Millwright Maintenance Mechanic/Mechanic Radio & TV/Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Mechanic/Tractor Mechanic/Turner/Wireman. OR
  
• Matriculation / 10th pass with Course Completed Act Apprenticeship From above Trades From INDIAN Railway.  OR
• 3 years Diploma From Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Automobile Engineering.

RRB Technicain Qualification:

• Matriculation / 10th Pass With ITI from a recognized board/institute from NCVT/SCVT of Relevant Trade. OR
• Matriculation/10th pass with 12th class in LCM stream . OR
• Matriculation/10th Pass with Course Completed Act Apprentice From The Relevant trade in INDIAN Railway.

RRB ALP Age Limit :

The age limit of the applied candidates will be between 18 to 28 years. Also category wise upper age limit will be relaxed.

• SC/ST- 5 Years
• OBC – 3 Years
• Railway Staff Served there service 3 years – GEN up to 40 years age,OBC up to 43 years, SC/ST up to 45 years .
• PWD – 10 Years.
• Female candidates who are widowed, divorced or judicially separated from their husbands but have not married again- 35 for UR, 38 For OBC , 40 for SC/ST

RRB ALP and Technician Selection Process :

The selection process is slightly different for RRB Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician posts. In case of RRB ALP, the total selection process will be completed through 4 stages. And total 3 stage selection cross will be completed for technician post.

RRB ALP Selection Process :

• Computer Based Test -I ( CBT-I)
• Computer Based Test -II ( CBT-II)
• Computer Based  APTITUDE Test (CBAT)
• Documents Verification.

RRB Technician Selection Process :

• Computer Based Test -I ( CBT-I)
• Computer Based Test -II ( CBT-II)
• Documents Verification.

RRB ALP CBT I Exam Pattern :

In the selection process of RRB ALP, the first test. CBT-I A total test will be through Multiple Choice Questionnaire(MCQ).There will be total 75 questions and total time allotted will be 60 minutes.

RRB ALP CBT II  Exam Pattern:

In the second stage of the selection process of RRB ALP, there will be a total of 100 questions and the time will be given for 90 minutes. And here in the field Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, Current Affairs, as well as Engineering Question will be there.
